As we enter a gym for the first time in 2021 we are likely to be starting from a different fitness level than when we last said goodbye – whether that was in December 2020 or before. For many of us, one or more aspects of our fitness will have depleted – even if we have been training throughout lockdown and potentially found new mental and physical strengths.
We are here to meet you at your current fitness level, to understand what is motivating you to train and to guide you, safely, on your way towards achieving your goals and re-finding your love of training alongside friends.
