Passion for Weightlifting?
We are home to the weightlifting club operated by Mehmed Fikretov a former national and European champion and passionate coach. We hold more than 10 hours of Weightlifting sessions across the week and have additional sessions for independent training to hone your skills in the Olympic Lifts.

We are proud to be working with the team at pH Nutrition, who have the skills and experience to guide you with your nutrition and help you get the most out of your training.
The team at pH Nutrition work with everyone from CrossFit games athletes to new members. Whether your goal is fat loss or performance, they can work with you remotely or in person to provide you with a personalised approach to nutrition and general wellbeing.
SPECIALIST SESSIONS AND SEMINARS
Bridging the gap – a personalised approach
We offer a range of sessions and seminars ranging from yoga and nutrition to gymnastics and sports rehab to help bridge the gap between your group training and your personal goals. All members are welcome to book and attend these sessions as part of their membership. For Full members these sessions are in addition to regular session limits.
